Medication

We support pupils with their care and medical needs in line with Surrey's guidance. 

“Medication” refers to all prescription and non-prescription substances, including medicines, supplements and remedies. If your child requires medication to be administered in school time, a Medication Request/Permission form must be completed and accompany the medication.
